Tracked because Warp continues to mature with strong revenue trajectory ($1M ARR every 5-6 days), strategic AGPLv3 open-source release with OpenAI founding sponsorship, and meaningful capability additions (multi-agent terminal, Max tier, expanded model support). Governance is robust (SOC 2 Type II, ZDR, SAML SSO, SCIM, self-hosted Oz).

However, promotion to Assessed remains blocked by: (1) pricing-volatility cap active until Oct 2026 earliest, (2) absence of named external Oz enterprise production customers ~3.5 months post-Oz-launch, (3) open security issue #8983 unpatched ~57 days (the cited CVE-2026-20841 is a Windows Notepad misattribution; no Warp-specific CVE assigned, but the open RCE PoC bears monitoring), (4) OpenWarp fork ecosystem pressure on BYO-model lock-in posture, (5) AGPLv3 enterprise procurement friction (network-clause copyleft is a procurement disqualifier for many buyers; Oz and Warp Drive remain proprietary).
